Track sessions Barry did not launch (Cursor, IDE Claude) via your own hooks.

plan	Show exactly what track setup would write, and change nothing.
setup	Add Barry’s hooks to that vendor’s config in your home directory.
remove	Take back only the hooks Barry added, leaving your own untouched.
