Scaffold a bag, action, instruction, or trait (bare name = bag)

barry new [options] <kindOrName> [name]

Option	Description
--path <path>	Where to create it (default: ./<name>) — bags only.
--server	Include an MCP server entry point — bags only.
--template <template>	Local | npm. Default local.
--bag <bag>	Bag to scaffold into (default: the bag in cwd)
--description <text>	Description for the generated item.
--mode <mode>	Always | on-demand — instructions only.
--namespace <ns...>	Tool namespaces — traits only.
--access <access>	Read | readwrite — traits only.
--bounds <bounds...>	Named bounds restricting the trait, e.g. readonly — traits only.

Every command also accepts -h, --help. All system commands.
